Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 16 May 2025 (Reference No. GA1-23012025-00079) ("Previous Announcement") on disposal of the property located at No. 2504 Tingkat Perusahaan 4B, Kawasan Perusahaan Perai, 13600 Perai, Pulau Pinang (the “Property”) by the Company to Nation Robo Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Skygate F&B Sdn Bhd) (“Nation Robo” or the “Tenant”) (the “Disposal”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meanings stated in the Previous Announcement.

The Board of Directors (“Board”) of ACME HOLDINGS BERHAD (“ACME” or the “Company” or the “Landlord”) wishes to announce that pending the completion of the Sale and Purchase Agreement for the Disposal (“SPA” or the “Agreement”) dated 16 May 2025, the Company had on 28 May 2025 entered into a Tenancy Agreement with Nation Robo to lease the Property to Nation Robo (the “Transaction”).
