Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 7 March 2025 in relation to the O&M Award, which was awarded to Bumi Armada’s joint venture company, SPAOGSPL by ONGC (“Announcement”).

Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the Announcement shall apply herein.

The Company wishes to announce that the terms and conditions of the O&M Award have now been finalised into an O&M Contract, which has been signed by SPAOGSPL and ONGC.
