We refer to the earlier announcements dated 3 December 2024, 4 December 2024, 10 December 2024, 13 January 2025, 23 January 2025 and 22 May 2025 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 27 May 2025, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months until 8 December 2025 for the implementation of the Private Placement.
