The board of directors of EVD (“Board”) wishes to announce that EV-Dynamic Sdn Bhd (“EV-Dynamic”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 26 May 2025 accepted a Letter of Acceptance (“LOA”) issued by WZR Property Sdn Bhd (“Main Contractor”) to perform sub-contract works for a project namely “DEVELOPMENT OF KUALA LUMPUR OUTER RING ROAD – EASTERN ROUTE KNOWN AS EAST KLANG VALLEY EXPRESSWAY (EKVE) – TRAFFIC CONTROL AND SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM” (“Contract”) (“Works”).
