| Working experience and occupation | YB Dato' Dr. Ahmad Fadzli bin Ahmad Tajuddin has over 28 years of distinguished public service experience with demonstrated expertise in public administration, economics, leadership, capacity building, ethics, and integrity. He was appointed as the Selangor State Secretary effective February 2025. Prior to this, he served as the State Financial Officer of Selangor from December 2021. His previous roles include serving as the President (Yang Dipertua) of the Klang Municipal Council (now Royal Klang City Council) beginning in April 2020 and he gained valuable experience in district administration through his positions as Assistant District Officer and Chief Assistant District Officer in Perak. Furthermore, he held the position of Head of the Management Development and Innovation Cluster at the INTAN. He currently serves as the Selangor State Secretary. |

On 23 May 2025, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee ("NRC") reviewed a nomination by Darul Ehsan Investment Group, a major shareholder of the Company and recommended the appointment of YB Dato' Dr. Ahmad Fadzli bin Ahmad Tajuddin as the Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of KPS Berhad. In making this recommendation, the NRC considered his extensive public service experience, such as public administration, economics, leadership, capacity building, ethics, and integrity which could provide valuable assistance in enhancing governance practices and fostering integrity within the government's perspectives on various matters relevant to KPS Berhad. The Board of Directors of KPS Berhad on 26 May 2025, approved the said appointment as recommended by the NRC. |
