The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Final Dividend.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 21 April 2025 and 13 May 2025 in relation to the Final Dividend.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide its letter dated 22 May 2025, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 66,160,390 new shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP subject to the following conditions:-

(i)         KSL and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the DRP;

(ii)        KSL and UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the DRP;

(iii)        KSL to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the DRP is completed

(iv)       UOBKH to furnish Bursa Securities with a certificate true copy of the resolution passed by shareholders at the next general meeting for the issuance of shares pursuant to the DRP in the event that the existing authority has expired prior to the full implementation of the DRP; and

(v)        Payment of additional listing fee, if any, based on the final issue price together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of listing fees payable.
