On behalf of the board of directors of ETH, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd (“UOBKH”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to establish an employees’ share option scheme, of up to 30% of the total number of issued shares of the Company (excluding treasury shares, if any) at any point in time during the duration of the ESOS for the directors (in both executive or non-executive capacity) and employees of ETH and its subsidiaries (excluding subsidiaries which are dormant), who fulfil the eligibility criteria as set out in the by-laws governing the Proposed ESOS. |
