The Board of Directors of Key Alliance Group Berhad (“KAG” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that GE Green Sdn. Bhd. [Company Registration No. 199301008357 (263094-K)] (“GESB” or “the Vendor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 20 May 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Eaglesview Group Sdn. Bhd. [Company Registration No. 201901010915 (1320243-K)] (“EGSB” or “the Purchaser”) for the proposed disposal of one (1) unit of 5 storey shop to ESGB, for a total cash consideration of RM5,400,000.00 only (“Proposed Disposal”).
