The Board of Directors of OpenSys (M) Berhad ("OpenSys" or "the Group") wishes to announce that the Group recorded a solid financial performance in the first quarter ended 31 March 2025 (Q1 2025), achieving a 21.3% year-on-year revenue increase to RM25.036 million (Q1 2024: RM20.646 million), reflecting a healthy start to the financial year and continued execution across both hardware and services portfolios. 

The Group's hardware segment rebounded strongly, contributing RM3.964 million (Q1 2024: RM0.376 million), as deferred Cash Recycling Machine (CRM) deployments resumed. Meanwhile, the Solutions and Services segment, which provides recurring revenue from maintenance, cheque processing, software, and kiosk services, grew by 4.0% to RM21.072 million, reinforcing its role as a stable and reliable income stream.

The Group also maintained its track record of consistent shareholder returns by declaring a second interim dividend of 0.45 sen per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
