Reference is made to our announcements on 23 April 2025, 24 April 2025 and 25 April 2025 in relation to the change of auditors of UCrest Berhad ("UCrest" or "the Company").

The Board of Directors of UCrest wishes to announce that the Company has on 15 May 2025 received the consent to act as Auditors of the Company from Messrs Morison LC PLT (202206000028 & AF002469) pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 via their letter dated 15 May 2025. Hence, Messrs Morison LC PLT has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 May 2025 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
