Unless otherwise stated or defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the prospectus dated 21 April 2025 issued by PEOPLElogy. 

 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of PEOPLElogy, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce the following in relation to the IPO:

 

  1. level of subscription of public balloting and placement;
  2. basis of allotment / allocation;
  3. distribution for the placement tranche; and
  4. disclosure of placees who become substantial shareholders of PEOPLElogy arising from the IPO, if any.
