Reference is made to the announcement dated 7 August 2024 by Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Berhad ("MHB") in relation to the member’s voluntary winding up of MMHE International Sdn Bhd (“MMHE International”), a wholly-owned and dormant subsidiary of MHB.

We wish to inform that MMHE International was dissolved on 5 May 2025, after the expiration of three (3) months from the date of lodgement of the Return by Liquidator relating to the Final Meeting with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

The dissolution of MMHE International is not expected to have any material impact on the net assets per share, earnings per share or gearing of MHB for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

None of the Directors, substantial shareholders of MHB, or persons connected with them have any direct or indirect interest in the members' voluntary winding up of MMHE International.
