Reference is made to the Company’s Announcement pertaining to the Acceptance of Letter of Award from Fields of Forest Sdn. Bhd.

The Board of Directors of Vizione wishes to inform that both Parties had on 29 April 2025 agreed to mutually terminate the Letter of Award with immediate effect. 

The termination of the Letter of Award will not have any material effect on the consolidated earnings per share and net assets per share of the Company in the immediate future.
