Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors (“the Board”) of China Ouhua Winery Holdings Limited (“China Ouhua”) wishes to announce that a revaluation on the Land and Buildings ("Properties") has been carried out by the independent professional valuer, Shenzhen Tianda United Asset & Real Estate Appraisal Co Ltd., the independent professional valuer have adopted the Income Approach in this valuation exercise to reflect its fair value (hereinafter referred to as “Revaluation”) and the resulting deficit of RMB43.38 million (representing approximately RM26.78 million) has been incorporated into the Audited Financial Statements of China Ouhua for the financial year ended 31 December 2024.
