The Board of Directors of Vizione has approved a change in the Company's financial year end from 31 May to 30 November (Change). This Change is necessitated by the recent resignation of the Company's auditors. In light of this, additional time is needed for the new auditors to prepare and audit the financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries. Following the Change, the first set of financial statements will cover 18 months from 1 June 2024 to 30 November 2025.
