The Liquidators wish to inform the shareholders that pursuant to Court Order dated 14 October 2019 granted in Winding-up No. WA-28PW-382-05/2019, the Liquidators will be making a final distribution of RM4,913,000.50 to the entitled shareholders.

Details of the final distribution are as follows:-

(i) Date of Final Distribution : 7 May 2025

(ii) Entitled Shareholders : Based on the Record of Depositors at Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd as at 22 April 2025, excluding in relation to Red Sena’s ordinary shares purchased by Raintree F&B Sdn Bhd, the members of the Management Team (being the management team of Red Sena, comprising Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Koh Kin Lip, Dato’ Tan Ang Meng, Ismail bin Abd Halim, Tan Eng Guan, Yoong Kah Yin and Ong Kuee Hwa) and persons connected to them before the listing date of 10 December 2015.

(iii) Amount to be Distributed : Cash equivalent of RM0.00614125 per ordinary share held in the Company.
