The Board of Directors of BV Land Holdings Berhad ("BVLH" or "Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 25 April 2025 received a notice in writing dated 24 April 2025 from Morison LC PLT on their resignation as auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act 2016 with effect from 24 April 2025. The resignation is on a voluntary basis.

Save for the above, the Board is not aware of any matter that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
