Reference is made to FHB’s earlier announcement dated 17 April 2025 in relation to the Proposed Joint Venture (“Earlier Announcement”). Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcement.

On behalf of FHB, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad wishes to clarify that the highest percentage ratio applicable for the Proposed Joint Venture pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad based on the audited total assets of the Group as at 31 December 2023 is 21.81%.

Save for the above, all other information in the Company’s Earlier Announcement shall remain unchanged.
