The change of financial year end from 31 March to 30 September is to allow additional time to assess its financial position and enhance efficiency, following the cessation of operations in Malaysia and the disposal of its factory, as the Group concentrates on investment and expansion in China. PNE PCB Berhad will apply for an extension of time to hold its next Annual General Meeting and to lodge the Audited Financial Statements with the Companies Commission of Malaysia accordingly.
