Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 21 April 2025 issued by PEOPLElogy Berhad. 

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 21 April 2025 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 6 May 2025.

In the event there is any change to the timetable, PEOPLElogy Berhad will advertise a notice of change in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers in Malaysia and announce it on Bursa Securities' website accordingly.
