The Board of Directors of Safetyware Group wishes to announce that Keyway Technologies Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Safetyware Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 18 April 2025, submitted an application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) for striking off its name from the Register of CCM pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016 (“Proposed Striking Off’).

Keyway Technologies Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 2 December 2010 and has been dormant since 2022. The issued and paid-up share capital of Keyway Technologies Sdn Bhd is RM100,002.00 comprising 100,002 ordinary shares.

The Proposed Striking Off has no material financial effect on Safetyware Group.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Safetyware Group or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Proposed Striking Off.
