Reference is made to the announcements dated 6 February 2025 and 24 March 2025.

We, the Manager of the Fund, would like to update the unit holders of the Fund (“Unit Holders”) on the distribution and completion of termination of the Fund.

We were notified by Principal Asset Management (S) Pte Ltd that it anticipates that the distribution of the liquidation proceeds of Principal FTSE ASEAN 40 (“SF”) will take place in 2 tranches: (a) a first distribution on or around 4 April 2025 (“SF First Distribution Date”), and (b) a second and final distribution on or around 13 May 2025 (“SF Second and Final Distribution Date”).  Therefore, the Fund’s liquidation proceeds will be distributed to the Unit Holders within 10 business days from the SF First Distribution Date (“First Distribution”) and SF Second and Final Distribution Date (“Final Distribution”) respectively.

In view of the above, we expect the completion of the Fund’s termination to take place on or around 27 May 2025 (Completion of Termination).

Please be informed that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad will be making the First Distribution to the entitled Unit Holders. Details of the First Distribution are as follows:
