The Board of Directors of TOMEI CONSOLIDATED BERHAD has on 15 April 2025 recommended the payment of Final Single Tier Dividend of 2.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2024 subject to the shareholder's approval at the forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting.

The entitlement date and date of payment of the above proposed dividend has yet to be finalised and a further announcement will be made at a later date upon finalisation of the entitlement date and the day of payment of the above.
