Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 28 February 2025. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval on new shareholders’ mandate for Turbo Group to enter into additional recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate”) at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
Details of the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate and the Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate will be disclosed in a circular to shareholders which will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
