The Board of Directors of YXPM is pleased to announce the recommendation for the declaration and payment of final single tier dividend of 0.30 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2024 ("Proposed Final Single Tier Dividend"). The Proposed Final Single Tier Dividend will be tabled for approval of the Company's shareholders at its forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting.

The details of entitlement and payment date of the Proposed Final Single Tier Dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
