The Board of Directors of Eversafe Rubber Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval at its forthcoming Tenth Annual General Meeting for the  Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.

A Circular to Shareholders, outlining the details of the above proposed renewal, will be issued in due course.
