The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on today, 11 April 2025 received the approval from Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) for the extension of time up to 31 December 2025 to hold theThirty-First (31st) Annual General Meeting pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016 ("the Application”). The Application was submitted to CCM on 9 April 2025.
