Reference is made to the announcement dated 14 October 2024 by Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Berhad ("MHB") in relation to the member’s voluntary winding up of Techno Indah Sdn Bhd (“TISB”), a dormant subsidiary of Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned and major subsidiary of MHB.

We wish to inform that TISB was dissolved on 8 April 2025, after the expiration of three months from the date of lodgement of the Return by Liquidator relating to the Final Meeting with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

The dissolution of TISB is not expected to have any material impact on the net assets per share, earnings per share, or gearing of MHB for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

None of the Directors, substantial shareholders of MHB, or persons connected with them have any direct or indirect interest in the members' voluntary winding up of TISB.
