Pursuant to Paragraph 10.08(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Board of Directors of See Hup Consolidated Berhad (“See Hup” or “the Company”) wishes to announce its intention to provide financial assistance vide issuance of corporate guarantee of up to RM1,713,000.00 as security for the fixed loan facility (“Fixed Loan”) granted by Public Bank Berhad (“PBB”) to SH Worldwide Logistics Sdn. Bhd. (“SH Worldwide”), a 60% indirectly owned subsidiary of the Company (“Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance”).
