The Board of Directors of Northern Solar Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Northern Solar Sdn Bhd has on 8 April 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Northwest Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. Of China Power Engineering Consulting Group in relation to the collaboration in bidding for the role of the main contractor to provide engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (“EPCC”) services to successful developers which are awarded the Large Scale Solar projects.
