(a) Proposed renewal of existing shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature; and
(b) Proposed renewal of share buy-back authority for the Company to purchase its own shares.

The Board of Directors of CAMRES wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking the approval from its shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting:


1. Proposed renewal of existing shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature; and
2. Proposed renewal of share buy-back authority for the Company to purchase its own shares.


A Circular/Statement setting out the details of the proposals will be distributed to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
