The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposal at the forthcoming Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened. The existing authority for shareholders’ mandate obtained on 6 June 2024 for the Company and its subsidiary companies to enter into Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature based on the terms set out in the Circular to Shareholders dated 30 April 2024, shall in accordance with Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ACE Market Listing Requirements, lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company, unless renewal is obtained from the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Circular to Shareholders containing the information on the above will be issued in due course.
