Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Q9 Capital Sdn Bhd (09 Capital), a licensed moneylending company pursuant to its ordinary course of moneylending business as at 31 March 2025 as set out below:

The provision of financial assistance as set out above have no significant impact on the net assets and earnings per share of EPMB Group for the financial period ended 31 March 2025.

The details of the provision of financial assistance pursuant to the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad are set out in the attachment.
