Reference is made to the announcement dated 6 February 2025 and 24 March 2025 (“Announcements”) respectively. We would like to inform that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has approved the request for suspension of trading of the Fund on Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The suspension of trading will take effect on 4 April 2025 (Friday), at 9:00 a.m.

As stated in the Announcements, the Fund’s termination date is 4 April 2025. The purpose of the suspension of trading is to facilitate the termination process of the Fund, and will remain in effect until the Fund is officially delisted from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The suspension request is made pursuant to Paragraph 3.1(c) of Practice Note 2 under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
