On behalf of the Board of Directors of SEB ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that SEB ("Seller") had on 28 March 2025 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") with Vazzo Marketing Sdn Bhd ("VMSB" or the "Purchaser") for the disposal of all that piece of land measuring 16,664 square metres held under GRN 114865, Lot No. 32554, Pekan Senawang, District of Seremban, State of Negeri Sembilan, together with a detached factory erected thereon bearing the address Lot 75 & 76, Persiaran Bunga Tanjung 2, Senawang Industrial Park, 70400 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus ("Subject Property") for a disposal consideration of RM19.50 million ("Disposal Consideration") to be satisfied entirely via cash ("Proposed Disposal").
