Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 7 March 2025 (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
The Company wishes to announce that EMSB had on 27 March 2025, entered into the Interim Agreement with the Government of Malaysia.
EMSB shall continue to provide the Hospital Support Services on an interim basis for a period of thirty-six (36) months commencing from 1 April 2025 and expiring on 31 March 2028, with an option to extend for one (1) year, and a further extension of one (1) year thereafter.
