| Working experience and occupation | Ms. Lee Hui-Ni has extensive experience in corporate finance, private equity, and investment. She began her career in 2004 in Transaction Advisory Services - Corporate Finance at Ernst & Young Malaysia.
In 2005, she joined AmInvestment Bank Berhad under the Corporate Finance & Advisory division. She then transitioned to Kuwait Finance House Malaysia Berhad in 2008 as a member of the private equity team.
She later joined Kumpulan Modal Perdana Sdn Bhd ("KMP") in 2013, where she has held various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer, she oversees KMP's entire investment portfolio, driving strategic growth initiatives and portfolio management. |
