The Board of Directors of K-One Technology Berhad (“K-One Tech” or “Company” or “K-One Group”) wishes to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, K-One Wellness Sdn Bhd (“K-One Wellness”) has on 27 March 2025 entered into a Distribution Agreement with CIGA Healthcare Ltd based in United Kingdom to distribute the latter’s product range of fertility and other healthcare test kits in Malaysia.
