The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Disposal.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 15 November 2023, 21 December 2023, 26 January 2024 and 6 May 2024.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that on 26 March 2025, the Company and the Purchaser had mutually agreed to extend the exercise period for the Option by 12 months from 27 March 2025 to 26 March 2026 ("Extended Tranche 3 Option Exercise Period"), provided that:-

1. If the Tranche 3 Option is exercised within 14 months from the closing date of Tranche 1 (i.e. 26 January 2024), the Tranche 3 Sale Shares Price (i.e. USD 8,700,099.54) shall be applicable; and

2. If the Tranche 3 Option is exercised during the Extended Tranche 3 Option Exercise Period, the purchase price of the Tranche 3 Sale Shares shall be USD 9,100,000.00.
