Each Warrant C entitles the Warrant C holder to subscribe for 1 new ordinary share in Eden at the exercise price of RM0.18 per Warrant C at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) commencing from and including the issue date and ending at 5.00 p.m. on the expiry date, subject to the provisions of the deed poll constituting the Warrants C dated 26 February 2025. Any Warrant C which has not been exercised at the close of business of the expiry date will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid.

If such day falls on a day which is not any day between Monday to Friday (inclusive) on which Bursa Securities is open for the trading in securities ("Market Day"), then it shall be the Market Day immediately preceding the said non-market day.
