The Company had been classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) since 30 September 2022.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of SCB, Malacca Securities Sdn. Bhd. wishes to announce that the Company had on 21 March 2025 submitted an extension of time application for the Company to submit the regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.

This announcement is dated 21 March 2025.

NOTICE: The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Interim Judicial Manager appointed by the High Court of Malaya. The Interim Judicial Manager contracts and acts as an agent of the Company and disclaims any personal liability under any contract entered into by the Company which has been adopted by the Interim Judicial Manager and any contract entered into by the Interim Judicial Manager on behalf of the Company.
