Gagasan Nadi Cergas Berhad (“Gagasan Nadi” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Nadi Emery Sdn Bhd, a 75%-owned subsidiary of Nadi Cergas Development Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is 70%-owned by the Company has on 19 March 2025 accepted the letter of offer from Lembaga Perumahan Dan Hartanah Selangor ("LPHS") for the en-bloc purchase of 523 units of Rumah Idaman, developed under Project Rumah Idaman at Elmina 5, Bandar Elmina (Type E), Mukim Sungai Buloh, Petaling District (under Skim Smart Sewa) for a total sale consideration of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred and Thirty-Four Million Four Hundred and Eleven Thousand only (RM134,411,000), upon such terms and conditions as stipulated in the letter of offer.
