The Board of Directors of MAG wishes to announce that North Cube Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201601030422 (1201363-X)], the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 14 March 2025 entered into the following agreements with Pegagau Aquaculture Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200001022963 (525571-V) for the following acquisitions, at the total purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Thirty Two Million Six Hundred Thousand (RM32,600,000.00) only, under the terms and conditions as stipulated in the respective agreements:
(a) a sale and purchase agreement for the purchase of seven (7) lots of lands (Farm Lands); and (b) asset sale and purchase agreement for the purchase of farm assets located on the Farm Lands, (collectively referred to as “Proposed Acquisition”).
