Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 13 March 2025 in relation to Proposed Acquisition of Property by Chlor-Al Chemical Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidary of the Company ("Announcement").

The Board of Directors of TMK Chemical Bhd wishes to highlight that the total purchase consideration for the Property as stated in Section 4.2 of the enclosed attachment should be SGD14,800,000.00 instead of SGD14,800,000.00 million. The amended figure is underlined for easy reference. There is no other amendment to the announcement and attachment.
