Further to the Company’s announcement on 27 February 2025, the Board of TPC wishes to announce that the Company will also be seeking shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming 22nd Annual General Meeting, for new shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature.


A Circular to Shareholders containing details of the proposed renewal of the existing shareholders’ mandate and proposed new shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature will be dispatched to the shareholders in due course.
