The Board of Directors of TMK Chemical Bhd wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chlor-Al Chemical Pte Ltd ("Purchaser"), has on 13 March 2025 accepted the letter of offer dated 4 March 2025 from Chin Yuan Metal Pte Ltd (UEN:199200322C) in relation to the proposed acquisition of a parcel of leasehold land with a standard detached factory with mezzanine office erected thereon bearing postal address 18 Tuas Street, Singapore 638455 (“the Property”), for a total cash consideration of SGD14.8 million only (“Proposed Acquisition”). 

The details of the Proposed Acquisition are set out in the attachment below.
