We refer to the announcements dated 8 October 2024, 15 October 2024, 22 October 2024 and 6 November 2024 in relation to the ESOS. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that the final copy of the bylaws of the ESOS has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 12 March 2025. Accordingly, the effective date of implementation of the ESOS shall be 12 March 2025.
