| Working experience and occupation | Ms Tan Yiing Fung ("Ms Tan") began her career with Messrs. Teh & Lee as an Associate in year 2012. During her tenure at Messrs. Teh & Lee, her main areas of practice consist of corporate and commercial laws where she was engaged in equity and debt transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring takeovers as well as private debt securities, corporate loans and private funds transactions.
