Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 15 March 2023, 17 March 2023, 24 March 2023, and 15 September 2023 in relation to the Acquisition.
The Board of Directors of GFM wishes to announce that GFM had on 5 March 2025 entered into a Second Supplemental Share Sale Agreement (“Second Supplemental SSA”) with the Seller to extend the date by which the Tranche 2 Conditions shall be met to 31 December 2025.
Save for the above, all other terms and conditions in the SSA shall remain unchanged.
The Second Supplemental SSA is available for inspection at GFM’s registered office located at Level 5, Tower 8, Avenue 5, Horizon 2, Bangsar South City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during normal business hours from Monday to Friday (except public holiday) for a period of 3 months from the date of this announcement.
