Reference is made to the Company’s Announcement pertaining to the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Companies (Winding Up) Petition with No: WA-28NCC-624-07/2024 between YHF Construction Sdn. Bhd. against Vizione Builder Sdn. Bhd.
The Board of Directors of Vizione wishes to announce that the Petitioner had informed the Honourable Court on 27 February 2025 that an amicable settlement was reached. The Respondent have fully complied with the terms of the settlement, and the Petitioner agrees to withdraw the above matter.
